Apple and cinamone Milk shake



  Ingredients

1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped apple
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups chilled milk
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
crushed ice to serve       





Method   
  1. Blend the apple and sugar in a blender to a smooth purée using a little milk.
  2. Add the cinnamon powder and milk and blend again.
  3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and top with ice-cubes.
  4. Serve immediately.
