Banana Coconut Shake





INGREDIENTS                                                                            

  • 1frozen banana 
  • 12cup coconut milk
  • 12cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 14cup skim milk
  • 12tablespoons honey
  • 2teaspoons lime juice(optional)
  • ice cube (optional)
  •                         DIRECTIONS

    1. Peel banana and cut into large chunks. (You can put the frozen banana under hot water to make it easier to peel).
    2. Add yogurt, milk, coconut milk, banana, honey, and lime juice to blender. Blend until smooth.
    3. Add more milk to make it thinner, ice to make it thicker.
